A Contemplative Break

What is a good time for you to take a short contemplative break? Is the day planned for such a time? I have had many days in my life where I could not stop if I wanted to. Needs and demands came first. I did realize at one point that two minutes of downtime 3 or 4 or 5 times a day made a difference. Sit in a chair or at the bus/subway stop and focus your eyes on something across the way. Don’t close them, it might not be safe. Breaths slowly in and out for two minutes. That’s all you need.
